We keep up the saying "People's health in people's hand", we alter health vulnerability and trace the way for community developments through integrated community outreach approach. Our community Health Department has been extensively reaching out to the people by conducting various general and specialty medical camps rural areas of Gorakhpur- Basti region and by paying regular visit to the villages by our professionals.

We conduct the baseline survey to assess the incidence, prevalence rates of disease pattern of the area and then chart out the resolutions. We collaborate with service/voluntary organizations and work hand in had with our satellites clinics for the total community empowerment through awareness generation, immunization, medical camps, health talks and health education etc. The beneficiaries of community-based programmes are taken to base hospital for further investigation and medical treatments.
